Return Policy for Online Orders

For all online orders we offer a 30-day return policy, effective upon receipt of your item for items damaged or suffering from a manufacturing error. Tracking information will be used to determine the date with which the item was received for eligibility. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of excessive wear and tear or damage and must include any tags shipped with the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, tracking information, and lost or stolen return shipments. Please ensure you have selected a reputable shipping service and/or insured the package for the appropriate value. If your return package is lost during shipment, please contact the shipping provider.

Once delivered to our facility, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email stating the refund that has been issued. The refund should then be received within 5-7 business days.

You are unable to locate the confirmation email from your original purchase
It has been more than 7 business days after receiving the confirmation email that your refund has been processed and you still have not received your refund

Any canceled orders are subject to 3% restocking fee.

With the purchase of any gear from Saddle Hunting Canada, you agree that it is the user's full responsibility to properly and safely use the items in any given situation. You also agree to not hold Saddle Hunting Canada, it's Owners or Agents responsible for any injuries or death resulting from the use, misuse, or abuse of all gear related or including items purchased form Saddle Hunting Canada. It is the user's responsibility to properly and regularly inspect all gear and all of its components for any wear or fray's that would compromise the safety of any item in any way. It is the responsibility of the user to properly train in the use of all items, including the tree/hunting saddles, platforms and sticks at ground level until extensive training is completed, and before ascending a tree. It is the responsibility of the user to read and to follow the instructions provided by all manufacturers in the use of all items.
