It is the user's responsibility to properly and regularly inspect all gear and all of its components for any wear or fray's that would compromise the safety of any item in any way. It is the responsibility of the user to properly train in the use of all items, including the tree/hunting saddles, platforms and sticks at ground level until extensive training is completed, and before ascending a tree. It is the responsibility of the user to read and to follow the instructions provided by all manufacturers in the use of all items.
